Welcome to The Lucidity Coach. I’m Lucy Russell, an ICF and EMCC certified coach who supports working women and mothers carve out the time, space and energy to pursue success on their terms.

Working with private and corporate clients, I coach women returning to work after any length of career breaks, as well as those who are transitioning into new roles or companies.

I also coach mums who are trying to work out what they want professionally, whether or not they’re currently working.

My coaching gives my clients much-needed time and space to step back, reflect, get closer to who they really are, and ultimately, to carve out their own path to success.

From my days as a CEO in the non-profit sector to running my own coaching business with a toddler in tow, I’ve had multiple highs and lows. Today, as a working mother, I understand the challenges, complexities and opportunities that come with holding these two roles.

I’m here to help other women, mothers or not, to get clear on who they are, what they want, and how to achieve it.
