How and Why?
Over the past few months, a number of you across the globe have helped me understand how I can add more value and support to your lives, beyond my coaching and newsletter.
The idea of doing something for and with you appealed for many reasons. Having a sense of belonging is such an intrinsic human need, and we know that women, especially, thrive when we are part of a genuinely supportive community. And that can be hard to find.
When I considered what you were telling me, it was clear that everyone has loads going on, both personally and professionally. No doubt about it, you are smart, focused and savvy, yet it sometimes feels like there’s something missing - a genuine sense of community and support, where we can progress together without judgement, whatever our path.
If you’re reading this, I’d hazard a guess that you’re another woman who wants to connect, learn from and support others, in a safe environment with no BS or competition… where there is room for all of us to be ourselves and to work towards our own versions of success. Beyond that, not everyone is in a position to invest in 1:1 coaching. Alongside pro-bono work, this community is one way to help bridge that gap - I want it to be accessible and believe that the Core Membership is exceptional value for money. You will experience regular coaching elements throughout the year, and you can access 1:1 coaching with me for an exclusive rate.
As a double-certified (ICF and EMCC) executive coach, I am passionate about supporting other working women and mothers to carve out the time, space and energy to pursue success on your terms. We’re done with the patriarchy, with the aggressive pressure to be constantly productive in order to feel valuable or valued. It’s time to reclaim who we really are, what matters to us, and how we can lead the kind of life we truly deserve.
